Check the Floor Before Planning a Level Shower
A wet room uses a shower floor with drainage built into the installation. Whether it can sit level with the surrounding floor depends on the structure and pipe route. We need to check the room before confirming the finished height. An open shower is not automatically easy for everyone to use; check the entrance and space against your own needs.
Plan Where the Shower Water Will Go
The floor slope, drain, waterproofing and screen work together. Consider the basin furniture, doorway and towel position as well as the shower area. Choose products suitable for the shower area and keep access to the drain for cleaning and repairs. If the room must meet particular mobility needs, discuss them before the layout is agreed.
