Agree the Fitting Work Before Removal
Your quote should identify the products, old fittings being removed and preparation needed for the new room. Discuss protection for the route through your home and where deliveries and waste will go. Ask when water, the toilet or the shower will be unavailable, especially if this is your only bathroom.
Prepare, Fit and Check the Room
Once the old fittings are removed, walls and floors can be checked more closely. Any extra repair should be explained and priced before it proceeds. The agreed products are then fitted in the required order. At handover, check the controls, door movement, drainage and care instructions with the fitter.
